2. SCOPE

These terms govern website access and purchases from the Second Gate Games online shop. By ordering, the customer confirms that the supplied information is accurate and accepts the terms in force at the time of order. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Second Gate Games sells physical board games, expansions, promotional items and related accessories. Images are illustrative. All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, the customer will be informed and the corresponding amount refunded.

Before ordering, the customer can review products, quantities, prices, delivery costs and total amount. The order becomes binding after checkout and confirmation, subject to payment authorisation and availability.
