Place the gunslinger screens in their cutout space

Place the rulebooks of your language on top of the gunslinger screens.

Discard surplus rulebooks (if you want).

Place the cattle train tile (from the Stampede expansion) on top of the rulebooks.

Place the player boards in their cutout space.

Place your wooden token and custom dice in their cutout spaces.
If you "only" have the Sheriff edition without expansions, note that you also received the wooden tokens of the expansions, don't discard them, they help fill the space.

Place the foam strips as shown, they will hold the game board in place and prevent dice and tokens from falling out.

Place the giant game board.

Place cards always vertically, never flat (for ease of taking them out).
Consider placing your current building decks on one side, all alternative buildings on the other (prevents getting them mixed up).
Cards will fit WITH sleeves 😉

Insert the minis tray, with the minis positioned as shown. If you want to print out the tray layout to remember where each mini goes, click here.
Place the core game standees (mounted on their bases for easier setup) in the rectangular cutout space of the minis tray.
If you have the expansions, place expansion standees and the corral tiles in the central cutout between the cards. Finally, place the first player marker in the central cutout. (Oh, and PAINT THOSE MINIS!!!)

Take the box and put it on the most visible spot of your games shelf 😉
